The exam is computerized at Pearson VUE test centers.

Exams cannot be rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to reschedule in time or failure to appear for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your exam fee.

The cancellation policy requires that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled exam time to avoid forfeiting your exam fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are not allowed and will lead to the loss of your fee.

The passing score is 70%.

The test result appears within 48 hours, and if it does not appear after that, contact Pearson VUE.

You can pay your exam fees online using credit or debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you're using a debit card, ensure it is authorized for online transactions by checking with your bank before attempting payment.

The exam fees are charged in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

If you cancel your exam at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund to the same credit card used to book the exam. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund to process.
